Chinese hur­dler Liu Xiang (his 2004 Olympic gold medal was the first in a men’s track and field event for China.) has col­lab­o­rated with Nike on a new col­lec­tion. The Liu Xiang x Nike col­lec­tion will focus on per­for­mance run­ning prod­ucts for both track and field and will include apparel and shoes such as the Nike Free and this pair of Nike LunarGlide+ 3’s.
The shoe is themed with Xiang’s new graphic logo of a dove break­ing out of a box which is sym­bolic to his abil­ity to over­come sev­eral set­backs over the past few years.
The col­lec­tion is avail­able at Nike retail­ers in China and online through Nike China.
