Deze stabiele en zeer dempende schoen heeft een Zoom Air zool en een pasvorm dat zich schikt naar vrijwel alle type voeten. De Nike Zoom Structure Triax is met name geschikt voor de wat zwaardere en licht overpronerende hardloper. Het verschil tussen de Structure Triax 14 met zijn voorgangers is het gebruik van Flywire in de bovenkant van de schoen.
