Puma has always played an impor­tant role as a bridge between fash­ion and sports. It is no dif­fer­ence with the Puma Osu NM run­ning shoes that finds its inspi­ra­tion in mar­tial arts as Judo, Karate and Kendo. The upper sports a kimono like band across the shoe.
On the more tech­ni­cal side the Osu has a syn­thetic suede and mesh upper for keep­ing things light and a hook-and-loop clo­sure for easy on/off. The mid­sole takes care of advanced cush­ion­ing and flex­i­bil­ity and the car­bon rub­ber out­sole with flex grooves ensures seri­ous trac­tion and nat­ural motion.
